This red wine has an intense, vivid red hue with glimmering ruby reflections. The aroma is richly fruity, reminiscent of cigars and ripe black fruits. On the palate, it offers a smooth onset with seamlessly integrated tannins, unveiling flavours of black fruits such as blackberries and blueberries. Its delightful finish is marked by hints of liquorice. This wine is a versatile companion to various dishes, enhancing buffets, poultry in sauces, grilled vegetables, quiches, terrines, and sunny-day barbecues alike. Best served at room temperature, ideally between 16°C and 20°C. Crafted from Grenache and Syrah grapes, harvested at optimal maturity to retain abundant aromatic qualities. The grapes are carefully picked at night to maintain their freshness throughout the process.
