Pinto Holot Red

A blend of Bordeaux varieties, but featuring the deserts strong varieties mostly Malbec, Merlot and Petit Verdot. After diluting fruit on the vines, we received grapes of remarkable concentration and quality. The result is a big wine, which will age beautifully for years to come, and develop complexity and character. The wine was aged for over 12 months in oak barrels. Gives us a glimpse on the potential for great reds from the desert.
